Compliance Officer on Managing COVID-19.
Our hearts go out to the many who have been affected by the COVID-19 virus. We hope to help those of you working with BioWellness Group feel safe as you partner with us. We are grateful to be able to continue to operate at full capacity. We will continue taking precautionary measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees and those we serve. In an effort to prevent the spread of this virus, we are doing our part to make sure our labs, offices and shipping floor are clean and safe working environments. These efforts include:
- Washing and sanitizing hands regularly and before entering our facilities
- Daily sanitization of each fulfillment area, workstation, and equipment
- Maintaining social distancing protocols with our delivery partners during pick-ups and drop-offs, as well as limiting meetings and person-to-person contact in the office
- Encouraging all employees who may be feeling ill to work from home
We have decided to suspend all collections and processing at this time. We are grateful to report that we have enough pre-COVID-19 storage to meet the current demand and to continue providing superior biologics to our physicians for many months as we manage this uncertain time.

We will continue to monitor the outbreak and spread of this virus both domestically and internationally. During this time, we are following the guidance of the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, applying their recommendations across our business and families.
